Germania and specialist winter sports tour operator Skiworld are to partner for flights to Grenoble, France, from December 2016 to April 2017. The Berlin-based carrier, which has a UK office located near London Gatwick, will operate weekly flights on behalf of Skiworld from 20th December to 22nd April, flying out of – and returning to – Gatwick every Saturday.
Welcoming Skiworld to Germania’s portfolio of high quality charter flights, the airline’s Sales Manager for the UK and Ireland, Vasco Frazao, said:
“We are delighted to be offering weekly flights on behalf of Skiworld from Gatwick to Grenoble throughout the Winter 2016/2017 season. As the UK’s largest independent ski operator, Skiworld’s customers demand comfortable and reliable flights, with great inflight service, and that is exactly what Germania offers.
“We are confident that the thousands of winter sports enthusiasts that we fly to the thrilling slopes around Grenoble will enjoy our flights and we look forward to a long and happy partnership with Skiworld.”
Sarah Searson, Managing Director of Skiworld, added:
“Skiworld’s customers deserve nothing but the best and I am pleased that that is just what they will get when they fly with Germania to Grenoble.
“We chose Germania having experienced their products and services aboard five ad hoc charter flights earlier this year. The airline’s quality standards, commitment to customer service and reputation for reliability fit well with Skiworld’s business philosophy and we look forward to a highly successful winter sports season in 2016/17.”
Germania opened its Gatwick office in 2013 and has since established an enviable reputation within the UK market for the high quality and competitive pricing of its charter and scheduled services. In addition to operating on behalf of some of the biggest names in the UK travel business, Germania offers ad hoc charter flights. Furthermore, Germania operates scheduled services from Gatwick to Pristina, the capital of Kosovo, and from airports throughout Europe to destinations across Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.
